We’re looking to bring on a part-time Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping expertise to support daily operations for a real estate office. This role requires strong organizational skills, focus, and discipline, with a high level of comfort handling real estate paperwork, financial tracking, and general office management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Bookkeeping & QuickBooks management (preferred)

    •    Monthly and quarterly financial reports

    •    Business tax preparation assistance

    •    Bank reconciliations

    •    Check cutting and expense tracking

    •    Maintain and monitor Zillow lead numbers

    •    Office inventory control & supply management

    •    Scheduling and general administrative tasks

    •    Knowledge of real estate contracts and paperwork

 

Required Skills:

    •    Proficient in Excel, Word, and general computer use

    •    Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles

    •    Time management and attention to detail

    •    Real estate or transaction coordination experience is a plus

 

Position Details:

    •    Part-time role, starting at $18 (experience pending)

    •    Flexible hours with potential for growth based on performance
